Licence & age
What's the minimum age to rent?
Minimum age is 24, with a category-B licence held for at least 2 years.
What documents do I need?
ID card or passport, a valid driving licence (RO, EU, or international, held for at least 2 years), and a card in your name for the deposit.
Booking & payment
How does the deposit work?
The deposit is pre-authorised on your card at handover — not captured. The amount varies by vehicle (€0 to €0) and is released within 14 business days after return, provided the car comes back in the same condition.
What payment methods do you accept?
You pay when you pick the car up, after we confirm your booking by phone within 2 hours. Nothing is charged when you book online.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Free cancellation at least 48 hours before pickup. Later than that, the rental fee is retained.
Can I extend my booking?
Yes, if the vehicle is available. Call or message us on WhatsApp at least 24h before return and we extend the contract at the same daily rate.
Delivery & handover
Is delivery free?
It depends on the location — see the zones and fees on the delivery page.
What's the fuel level on pickup?
Full. You return the car full as well. If you bring it back empty, we refuel and bill the fuel plus a fixed €100 fee.
During the rental
Is there a mileage limit?
Yes — 350 km/day included. Extra kilometres are billed at €0.50/km. For longer contracts we can negotiate a custom mileage package.
What insurance is included?
CASCO+RCA is included with every booking. A €1,500 excess applies.
Can I smoke in the car?
No — every vehicle is non-smoking. Detected smoke smell triggers a €50 fee.
Can I cross the border?
No — our vehicles may not be taken outside the country.
